What info do I need to provide you to rent your products?
In order to rent our products and have them delivered to your vacation home, we need your:
1. Name, mobile number, and email address
3. Rental dates
2. Rental address
3. Bed configuration if you are ordering sheets
4. Realtor or homeowner name and phone number if you are ordering our Bed Making Service
5. Other desired products
How do I order my rental products?

You can order your products online using a credit card or if you are not sure what you need, give us a call at 888-DREAMKR and let one of our vacation experts help you.

How far in advance do I need to order my rental items?

All orders must be placed at least one week or more in advance. If less than one week, you must call us to place your order to ensure availability. Please also understand that our standard processing/delivery/pick-up fee is increased as well.

In fact, we recommend that as soon as you confirm your vacation dates and rental address, you should order your products.  We sell out many weeks in the busy summer months, so to ensure availability, please go online or call us as soon as you can. 

How do I know when a rental product is unavailable?

Choose a product in our online catalog and look for the "check availability" link.  It will open up a calendar with your rental dates that you put in.  If there is a green box on the dates, then your quantity of product is available.  If there is a red box, it is not available.

Where do you deliver?

LBI DreamMakers delivers to all towns on Long Beach Island, from Barnegat Light to Holgate.

When will you deliver my crib?

We typically deliver cribs after your arrive at your vacation home into the early evening, so that we can set it up for you.  At the same time, we will make arrangements with you to pick the crib up early on your departure date.

What is your cancellation policy?

You can cancel your order no charge up to a week before your arrival date.  There will be a $20 charge if you cancel with less than a week to your arrival date.

Can I make changes to my order once it is placed?

Yes, you can call us to make changes or cancel up to one week prior to delivery with no charge. Changes or cancellations of orders within the week of delivery will incur a $20 change fee.

What is your return policy?

Once your order is processed, packed, and delivered, there are no refunds for unused items.
