DELIVERY
We will deliver your linen items in brightly colored laundry bags, along with any beach equipment/games or baby gear you may have ordered, to either the front door or the outside shower at your rental address on the day of your arrival. We ask that you put all your linens back in the laundry bags and leave your linens and/or equipment in the same place on the day of your departure for our pick up service. RETURNS
Rest assured that LBI DreamMakers will fully refund your order should you need to cancel due to COVID as long as you give us at least one week's notice from your delivery date. If you need to cancel for other reasons, please give us a call and let us know and we will work out any details. if you cancel or change items within a week of our delivery date, there will be a change charge of $20. Please understand we do NOT provide refunds for any unused rental items after delivery.
